From its very inception, White Chapel has filled
a vital role in the community by
honoring our fallen heroes, the veterans who served
their country in time of war
and peace. No other cemetery in Michigan carries the
tradition of remembering
and paying tribute to Michigan’s soldiers and
sailors over the past century as
White Chapel has for so many years.
White Chapel’s memorials to these valiant souls
are our attempt to provide consolation
to surviving family and friends of these veterans, via
the undying gratitude
of the Republic they served. May our memorials assuage
the anguish of these
loved ones who laid so costly a sacrifice upon the altar
of Freedom.
